3D Conceptual Landscape and Interior Design

I design from a 3D conceptual program called Sketchup. Having the 3D ability shows the client in depth the scope of the design and the true sense of what the house and garden will look and feel like.

Plans Include -

1. Site measure up including existent landscape/house features.

2. Scaled plans for planting, construction, interiors

3. 3D Perspective images to grasp complete concept

4. Landscape Plant list including recommended sizes and quantity

5. Material & product recommendations

The concept will be presented at an intermediate stage to determine that the project is heading in the right direction, this will give you an opportunity to make changes and ask any questions.

Project management is also offered if you would like me to lead the team through construction, planting and completion.

I pride myself on building an open and harmonious relationship with my clients so we can understand each other's feelings or ideas and communicate well through the design process.
